• 200 € on reservation by bank transfer
  
  
• The remaining amount will be paid the day before your departure. 
• Cash payment: max amount € 4.999,00.
• Bank transfer with value date, the day before your departure.
  

• The use of kitchen equipment, hot and cold water, heating, electricity, gas, bed linen (exchange after 14 days) and towels (exchange after 7 days), satellite TV, Internet access (WI-FI), VAT, ski/bike storage with boot dryer and car park.

• the final cleaning and Tourist Tax.

• Since January 1, 2024 for persons aged 14 and above a tourist tax is charged. Currently it is €2.50/person/night. Please note that the fee is not included in the price.
  

• On the day of arrival the apartment is available from 15:00. On the day of departure, the apartment should be released within 09:00

• The deposit is a security deposit which will not be refunded in case of a cancellation. In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the planned arrival date, the amount will be credited for a future stay at our appartements within 365 days.
  If you cancel your booking up to 14 days prior to your stay , 50% of the total amount will be charged. In case of cancellation less than 14 days before the booked arrival date or in case of an early departure, the full amount of the agreed price.

• For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed in our apartments.
  

• The stay in the rented appartement is basically only reserved for the registered guests.

• Considerate there are also other guests, we kindly ask you to be not so loud after 9.00 pm

• Damages caused from guests are to pay.
  Appartements Stabinger don’t take any responsibility for damages on car or lost of equipment in the ski/bice deposit.
